LA’s Best Trick-or-Treating Guide by Neighborhood

LA’s Best Trick-or-Treating Guide by Neighborhood

From the fabulous weather (no bulky coats to obscure costumes), and lots of houses in close proximity (mad candy loot for those short legs) to creative Hollywood types with over-the-top special effects that trick out homes and sometimes, whole neighborhoods, LA is the best city in America for trick-or-treating. So put those costumed kiddos in the car to visit one of these over-the-top spots for your lil’ monsters to gather goodies.

Toluca Lake
Toluca Lake is legendary for trick or treating. Literally. Urban folklore is that Bob Hope used to personally give out full sized bars at his home located here. Whatever the actual story, Toluca Lake has seized on the idea that they do Halloween best and the neighborhood is closed to traffic, filled with decked out lawns and homes (loads of people in the industry live here and love to show off their amazing prop and set design skills), and yes, there’s plenty of candy!

Where: Toluca Estates Dr. and Valley Spring Lane

Silver Lake
The biggest Silver Lake Halloween street party takes place along Armstrong Ave. and the best part is, it’s closed to vehicle traffic so you can feel safe gathering that loot. If you prefer a less crowded walk, head to North Coronado St. between Sunset Blvd. and Scott Ave. There are several houses that go all out with full Halloween theatrics, yard haunts and special effects. And the rest of the neighbors love to dress up and greet the trick or treaters. Note: parking is tight up in the hills, so park on Sunset and walk up.

Where: Sunset and Coronado

Sierra Madre
We love this spot for the small town vibe, where gorgeously decorated craftsman-style houses are all decorated and it’s not just about the treats. Bonus: Being in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains means that there are lots of trees around and kids actually may get to scuffle through crunchy, dry leaves as they make their way down the streets, giving a dose of nostalgia to East Coast and Mid-West parents.

Where: Baldwin and Alegria

Mid-City Los Angeles
Head south of Third St. and west of Fairfax to this sidewalk-friendly neighborhood where plenty of doorbell ringing and candy-giving will be in full swing. Have a friend in the hood? Hang at their house for some pre-party fun and then head out in big groups to gather loot. Houses are brimming with pumpkins, ghosts, spiders, witches, and more.

Santa Clarita
The hottest place to take your candy-fixated, costumed tots in the Santa Clarita Valley is hands-down the Alta Dr. “Pirate Cul-de-sac.” A giant pirate ship (see above), built just for Halloween, juts out of a house, and an elaborate Pirates of the Caribbean-esque setting on the lawn along with all of the in-character pirate residents to interact with will put a smile on those candy collectors. There are plenty of houses in this area showing off intricate and realistic Halloween productions, from magicians to haunted houses to space-age adventures. Heads up, the house with the very still scarecrow on the porch is a real person. Boo! (Gets us every year). Parents get just as into character as kids and saunter around the cul-de-sac in crazy get-ups.

Where: Alta Dr. and John Russell Dr.

Studio City
This modest neighborhood, just west of Laurel Canyon is the go-to spot for families living in the surrounding hills. It’s like one big block party with homes decorated to the hilt with pumpkins galore, haunted scenes and witches brews. Residents say that more than 700 little candy gobbling goblins routinely make there way down these streets, so it’s a lively and fun atmosphere. Begin your pilgrimage on Mound View and fan out to the surrounding streets. While you’re at it, keep your eyes peeled for the likes of Will Ferrell, who has been spotted in previous years ringing doorbells with his kids.

Where: Laurel Terrace and Mound View

Hancock Park
This neighborhood is notorious for hundreds of trick-or-treaters who roll through every Halloween night by the busload (literally). With over-the-top decorations and fabulous haunted mansions, the most popular streets like Arden, Rossmore or around the Larchmont shopping area can see hundreds of kids in a night. However, this neighborhood is best for early trick or treating, as it can get very crowded as the night goes on and might be overwhelming for the under-five set. Trick or treat tip: Stay north of 3rd St. if you’ve got little ones, as the houses to the south can be so tricked out they scare tiny tots.

Where: North of Wilshire Blvd.

Manhattan Beach
Amazing decorations like a life-sized guillotine, with Styrofoam heads, haunted houses, spooky lighting and grownups who get in on the action and take their Halloween entertaining seriously. The streets just off the Strand become one big block party: there are no cars, so no worries about tiny goblins crossing in traffic. Grownups have glasses of wine on their street-side patios and kids don’t even have to walk up to the door—they just go from patio to patio. It’s one of the easiest places to trick-or-treat and still get a whole major experience.

Where: Streets off the Strand

Burbank
Hooray for Hollywood: this quiet neighborhood is home to some Disney folks who take Halloween seriously. Some of the homes go all out with decorations worthy of a movie set, and a few even set up haunted houses and shows on their lawns. The best of Halloween while being safe and fun.

Where: Mariposa and Valleyheart

Venice Canals
This traffic-free destination is ideal for trick or treating. The four-block area is magically spooky with pumpkins and twinkle lights strung along the canals, fantastic decorations, and plenty of the requisite sugar treats. Homeowners get dressed up to dole out candy and even some of the boats are sporting ghoulish displays. Remember that the narrow walkways get crowded with little ones on a mission, so get there early—parking can be difficult as well.

Where: Dell and South Venice Blvd.

Sherwood Forest
Not only can you take your little Robin Hood to a mythical sounding place to trick or treat, but this neighborhood also goes all out with some really unique features, including a front lawn haunted maze and a Hogwarts-esque castle, complete with gargoyles. P.S. That’s not a Halloween prop—that’s the actual house and it’s worth the drive just to see the house!).

Where: Near the Valley Performing Arts Center

Santa Monica
Our favorite spot for little ones who tire quickly is Gillette’s Regents Square in Santa Monica where you will save those little feet a lot of walking around and still get plenty of candy not to mention, plenty of chances to show off that super costume.

Another great spot (and another celeb haunted locale) in Santa Monica? 16th St. north of Montana between Alta on Georgina but it tends to get a little spooky for little ones.

Where: Gillette’s Regents Square

Pasadena
While the happenings in Old Pasadena can’t be beat with all the shops handing out candy, costume contests and more, for good old-fashioned trick-or-treating head to either of these two neighborhoods. Families are out in full force pulling little ones in wagons while older tykes charge safely from house to house filling their bags.

Where: Monterey Rd. between Windsor Pl.; Diamond Ave; Marengo Ave. and Fair Oaks

Brentwood Glen
This pocket neighborhood just West of the 405 freeway is ideal for toddlers enjoying their first trick-or-treat experience. The neighborhood is filled with family homes located very close to one another, most of which have great decorations. There are also several kid-friendly ‘haunted’ houses and very few cars.

Where: The ‘Alphabet’ Sts. between Church and Beloit

Beverly Hills
One look at the famous Spadena House, a.k.a. the “Beverly Hills Witch House” at 516 Walden Dr., and you’ll know you’re in the right place for Halloween. Get there at 5-5:30 p.m. to beat the crowds. The flats of Beverly Hills make for easy walking and big homes make for bigger candy bars, which delights little sugar fiends.

Where: Walden Dr.

Pacific Palisades
This Palisades neighborhood is flooded with parents, kids, and beautifully decorated Halloween houses. Some residents get really into the “spirit” and give out wine and hot toddies. Yep, we’re looking out for you, as well as your kids. The narrow Alphabet Streets north of Sunset (also known as North Village) are some of the best, most trick-or-treater friendly streets, with street names that go in alphabetical order, good for remembering where you started and how many streets it will take to get back.

Where: Monument and Bashford St.

Is One Toilet For A Single Event Enough?

It’s safe to say that winter is approaching and so are the festivities! Most would agree that this is the time for parties, festivities, holiday events, and work holiday parties! Planning the details of an event can be tiresome and we get it, you want it done and over with, however, many forget one of the most important details of a successful party, where to GO. Sure, if you are hosting at your home your guests can use that or if there is a public restroom they can use that instead, but what if that’s not enough? What if there’s alcohol and meals added to the picture?

Relying on one bathroom can be a menace and many rather not have the outside world trek into their homes for a potty break. No need to fret, we have you covered.

Platinum Pro Portables offer the best products for your convenience to help your perfectly planned event run smoothly. From our Standard Units to the the widely popular VIP Restroom Trailers, we provide an array of options to fit your needs on your schedule with the best customer service you can receive. You can count on us for delivery. Need a restroom serviced? We’ll be right there.

Bathrooms seem like a minor detail but we can assure you that it is an important one

BEST PUMPKIN PATCHES IN SOCAL 2018

pumpkin-2828519_1920.jpg

Looking to pick out the perfect pumpkin? You're in the right place. Whether you're looking for a quaint patch where you can pick up your squash and go or a massive farm featuring family games, tractor rides and petting zoos, there are plenty of patches in L.A. to suit your fancy. Every October, tiny parking lot patches sprout up all over the city and local farms bring out their best orange squash—from tiny little fellas to massive twenty-pounders. The next time you're looking to carve with family and friends or perhaps whip up some tasty pumpkin desserts (hello, pumpkin pie), check out our guide to the best pumpkin patches in Los Angeles.

Best pumpkin patches in L.A.

Attractions, Farms

Tapia Brothers Farm

Van Nuys

Get lost. No really, get lost in Tapia Brothers Farm’s epic corn maze (an entire lot across from the patch itself) with a much-needed map and a sheet full of trivia questions. Scavenge through the maze for the answers and once you've found them all, submit your name in a drawing for a chance to win a cash prize—an early treat for your navigation efforts. The festive pumpkin patch also offers—you guessed it—pumpkins galore, as well as a fresh farmers’ market (with addicting kettle corn), a mouth-watering roasted corn stand, kids play area, bounce houses, hay wagon ride, and tractor-pulled train. Be sure to check it out on the weekends so you have all the activities at your disposal.

Mon-Fri 9am-6pm; Sat, Sun 9am-TBD (longer weekend hours). Oct 5-31.

Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch

Culver City

When it comes to celebrity sightings, you probably wouldn't think of visiting the local pumpkin patch. But at longtime favorite Mr. Bones, Hollywood stars and their offspring can't stay away from the Halloween fun. This family-owned, Los Angeles mainstay would pop up every year in Beverly Hills before recently moving to its new location in Century City. You can expect the beloved Pumpkin Village featuring festive activities like bounce houses, pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting, live entertainment and food trucks to fuel your pumpkin picking.

Forneris Farms

San Fernando Valley

Forneris Farms is back again with a four-acre cornfield maze, weekend pony rides, live entertainment and, of course, an impressive selection of pumpkins. Tractor rides will take pumpkin patch goers on a narrated tour through the cornfields and around the farm. Kids can enjoy their own harvest haven by running through a hay bale mini maze, climbing the hay pyramid and getting wild in the giant pumpkin jumper (always a good outlet for the inevitable sugar rush). If you’re not stopping by the petting zoo, playing harvest-themed games for prizes or leading the quest for that perfect pumpkin, take advantage of the refreshments and solid people watching opportunities. Pony rides, the petting zoo and face painting are weekends only. Everything is cash only, but there is an ATM on site.

Daily 9am-6pm; Oct 6—Oct 31.

Admission to the festival is $15 per person for the first two weekends and then $20 for the following weekends in October. Weekday admission is $6, free for children two and younger, and parking is free. Check the site for more details.

Daily 9am-6pm. Sept 29—Oct 31.

Tina's Pumpkin Patch

Sherman Oaks

There’s something about encountering a friendly llama that makes the trip to this tiny but charming patch so worth while. Maybe you’re not into the whole pumpkin picking thing—or even Halloween at all—but interacting with these highly entertaining petting zoo animals is one memory you need to create. The patch itself sits under a large tent with piles of pumpkins available at a great price. Young pumpkin patch-goers can enjoy a pony ride, free straw maze and inflatable slide. The patch is located in a sizeable (somewhat desolate) lot, so there’s plenty of free parking available.

Sun-Thu 10am-8pm, Fri-Sat 10am-9pm. Oct 5—31.

Shawn's Pumpkin Patch

LAX/Westchester

If you’re on a budget before the holidays and still looking for a lively pumpkin patch experience, Shawn’s Pumpkin Patch is definitely the spot for you. Like most patches, admission is free and activity prices usually range from $3-$9 with most falling toward the cheaper end. Last year, the patch boasted giant slides, obstacle courses, merry-go-rounds, bungee jumps, petting zoos, train rides and more—it should really be called a pumpkin carnival. If it's anything like past years, the massive size of this pumpkin patch, jam-packed with countless pumpkins and activities for all ages, guarantees tons of pre-Halloween fun.

Location and times to be announced. Check online for more details.

Pa's Pumpkin Patch

Long Beach

Who said county fair season is over? There’s no reason a pumpkin patch can’t bring back the same memories of booth games, carnival rides and sugary indulgences. Treat yourself to a weekend of classic festival favorites like giant slides, fun houses and more—all harvest-themed, of course. Beyond a massive collection of varied pumpkins to choose from, the patch is also full of haystacks, corn stalks and gourds (for that epic Halloween party you’re throwing). Kids can enjoy a mini train ride, jump houses and face painting. It’s a little kid’s dream, so be prepared to take them to every single ride and game—you'll be a shoe-in for the parent of the year award. Parking is free and discounts can be found on Groupon and Yelp.

Sept 28, Oct 31 5pm-9pm; Oct 1-5, 8-12 3pm-9pm; Oct 15-30 10am-9pm. All Saturdays and Sundays 10am-9pm. Sept 28-Oct 31.

History buffs, make your way to the Heritage Square Museum this Halloween. On the first day of their annual event, learn all about death and mourning etiquette during the Victorian era, including how even the intricate details on clothing played a role in showing the loss of a loved one. You'll also get the scoop on the Spiritualism movement, and can have your fortune told, if you dare. Then, take place in a funeral held inside one of the museum's historic homes. For family-friendly fun, children can play period games, make 19th-century harvest crafts and listen to (only slightly) spooky ghost stories.

There will be dancing, drinking, and many mid-parade costume contests. Even if you don't plan on entering one, it's best to still come dressed to the nines—no one likes a party pooper in jeans and a t-shirt.

Company Holiday Party Planning Checklist

Screen Shot 2018-09-12 at 4.49.16 PM.png

Company Holiday Party Planning Checklist

In case you’ve decided to throw a last minute holiday party for your company, or, if you’re halfway through the party planning process and you want to make sure you’ve thought of everything, we have compiled a checklist of universal company holiday party planning guidelines.

We’ve made the list, now you can check it twice!  Make sure that all of your bases are covered, and you’ll give your organization one heck of a time—with very little stress on your part.

  • Decide on the type of party you’ll be throwing.  Will it be company-wide?  Extravagant?  Casual?  Employees, plus-ones and spouses only? Are clients invited, too?

  • Create a budget.  This might already be established by the bosses.

  • Make a guest list.  This will be based on the first item in the checklist.

  • Set a date.  If you’re just getting to this, those red hot party dates are probably tough to solidify with caterers and venues. Work with your venue and/or caterer to choose an available date and timeframe.  If the desirable Fridays and Saturdays are already spoken for, try hosting your company’s holiday party on a Thursday evening instead.

  • Select a venue This should be done in accordance with the previous step, since available dates will be hard to come by. That is, of course, unless you’re hosting at the boss’ house or at your office.

  • Select a caterer.  Again, this should be done ASAP to ensure that the best available caterers have ample ingredients and the appropriate staff to make sure your holiday party is a success.

  • Choose hosts and/or speakers.  Look within your company first.  If no one comes to mind, consider asking a recently retired individual to whom everyone looked up or really enjoyed having around the office/building.

  • Pick a theme.  Now this is the fun, creative part.  Come up with a theme, such as White Christmas, Winter Wonderland, Candy Land or Gothic Holiday.  This theme will provide the foundation for the rest of the creative planning process.

  • Restrooms. Contact Platinum Pro Portables Platinum PRO Portables, Inc., is a family owned and operated Luxury Portable Restroom service based in Santa Clarita, CA.  We offer our clients the most elegant, luxury restrooms at any location of their choice with professional service.   Whether you are planning a birthday or company party, wedding or music festival, large or small, we will be there to provide the highest level of luxury a portable restroom can offer.  Book with the BEST to Impress your Guests!

    Santa Clarita, CA

    (661) 977-1973

    Info@PlatinumProPortables.com

  • Plan your entertainment.  What goes with your holiday theme?  If you’re considering a live band or DJ, you might be a little late to capture the top entertainers.  Try asking around the company to see if anyone is in a band outside of work, or has a friend, son, cousin, etc. who would be willing to entertain.  Also consider asking local children’s choirs or community groups to perform.  If you don’t want a big entertainment act, plan several smaller interactive activities, which just happens to be one of our hot company party trends right now.

  • Decide on the dress code.  Formal, casual or somewhere in between?  Make this decision based on the theme, venue and budget, and relay this information to guests via the next step of the planning process.

Los Angeles in September

Things to Do in Los Angeles in September

water-rescue-1657783_1920.jpg

You'll have about 12 hours of daylight per day to explore Los Angeles in September.

Besides the nicer weather, many of the most popular attractions get less crowded right after the Labor Day holiday.

The kids go back to school in early September and it may feel like summer is over, but in LA you'll still have another month to six weeks to finish off your summer checklist and make a trip to the beach.

Big Holiday in September: Labor Day

Labor Day is celebrated on the first Monday in September, making that a good time for a quick getaway. Get some ideas for places to go over Labor Day Weekend in California.

Things That Look Like Fun to Do in September

I'm sharing my LA bucket list here, a selection of events and things to do that look like fun.

Surf City SurfDog Competition, Huntington Beach: If you're like me and think there's not much that's cuter than a dog on a surfboard, this is the event for you. Dog owners from around the world, bring their pups to "Hang 10" in this surfing competition where the dogs are the contestants.

Los Angeles County Fair:   The LA County Fair is one of the biggest in the state. It starts on Labor Day weekend and runs the whole month.

Tall Ships Festival: Those beautiful, tall-masted sailing ships that everyone loves to see come to Dana Point in Orange County every September.

The Taste is a culinary event that needs to go on your foodie calendar. It's sponsored by the LA Times and happens at Paramount Studios on Labor Day weekend.

LA Street Food Fest: Held Santa Anita Park, this food event is a great chance to sample lots of LA's best gourmet food trucks all in one place. Be prepared for crowds - and wear your stretchy pants.

In Pasadena, the AxS Festival begins in mid-September and runs for two weeks. They describe it as "a proving ground where ideas, scientific theories and leading-edge technologies converge with artistic innovation across a multidisciplinary platform of architecture, new media, visual art, music, theater, educational programs and provocative conversation."

Things That Are Especially Fun in the Month of September

Surf City Surf Dog Competition. FilmMagic / Getty Images

The Emmy Awards are presented at the Microsoft Theater downtown in September, an area which is busy enough all year round that it can absorb the traffic, but expect downtown hotels to be filled up - or super expensive at the least. Get this year's Emmy date at their website.

Even though you may think of September as more like fall than summer, the outdoor concert season in LA lasts all month. In fact, the season at Hollywood Bowl runs from late June through mid-October. The Greek Theatre has shows June through October.

Surfline says September through November is the best time to surf in Southern California.

In LA, you can see whales nearly year round: gray whales in winter and blue whales during the summer months. Find the best places to see them and when in the guides to Los Angeles whale watching and Orange County whale watching.

HOW TO PLAN A BADASS COMPANY HOLIDAY PARTY

HOW TO PLAN A BADASS COMPANY HOLIDAY PARTY

As a company on a mission to spread employee happiness, we practice what we preach. And one of our favorite ways to drive employee engagement, recognition, and celebration of our culture is by throwing a company holiday party.

But we've all been to parties where employees stand around awkwardly because they don't want to be there. Or ones where only the top executives get to share the company's glory. Those gatherings are more like mandatory meetings rather than celebrations.

So here are a few tips I've picked up from both attending and planning our own unforgettable parties.

    1. Start early

Party planning takes a lot of time and commitment. So start as soon as possible. For our summer party, we gave ourselves only one month, and it was a scramble to get everything together. This time around, we've given ourselves three months to take the pressure off of last-minute reservations, orders, etc.

    2. Establish a party-planning committee!

Don't let the burden fall on the shoulders of the office manager. But also don't just leave everything up in the air and hope people will volunteer to pick up the planning.

Instead, create a party-planning committee. Have one person from each department join. It'll foster cross-departmental collaboration and ensure each team is represented.

    2. Give the Party a Title

During the summer, we had TINYluau. This holiday, we're going for The TINYs. By giving each party a distinct name, it helps people remember exactly when it was and what all went down.

Don't forget to give it a fun theme too. Consider a juxtaposed one like formalwear and wigs!

    3. Nail the date ASAP

This is the biggest hurdle that we struggle with. Since we want the highest attendance possible, the party committee chooses four potential dates for the event. Those dates are then sent out on a Google form so everyone in the company can select which ones are possible for them.

Pester people and get them to respond. Many times we've sent out the form and people just ignore it.

    4. Use both online and physical invitations

Getting people to RSVP isn't as easy as you may think. Just check out what my fellow party planner, Matt Terasaki, has to say:

"Getting your coworkers to RSVP is a lot like being a dentist. You know you’re pulling teeth and filling cavities for your patient’s own good, but they avoid committing to a time as long as they possibly can. The key is to make responding more fun. Create an eye-catching event website like Splash where they can read up on the event, see pictures from last year, and RSVP directly on the site. Make sure to use language that makes it feel mandatory, not optional, and provide a deadline to RSVP by. Post the invitation/announcement in the place that you know everyone will see it. This could be in the break room, restroom, online internal chatroom, email, etc.

"It’s important to account for those who are hired after the initial announcement as well. One of the best ways to make sure they are aware of the party and RSVP promptly is to have their direct supervisors include it into their onboarding. New hires always want to make a good impression by being on top of things, so chances are they will RSVP as soon as they’re prompted to do so."

    5. Use a spreadsheet to keep track of budget

Whether your budget is $10,000 or $500, money runs out quick. Use a shared spreadsheet to keep track of expenses — from food to table rentals.

    6. Order enough food

Guests are going to arrive hungry, and they're going to expect to stuff themselves. To make sure everyone is fed, order 30% more food. If you have 40 people attending, order enough food for 52 people.

    7. Book Enough Restrooms

The last thing a guest wants to do is stand in line for the restroom and miss the party. Make sure you have enough restrooms so this wont happen at your party!

    8. Serve signature cocktails

Immerse your guests in the party's theme by serving up signature cocktails. Is that a vodka cran you're drinking? Nope, it's a Red Carpet.

    9. Decorate to impress

There's a reason why we always hold parties in our office — we get total control. But no one wants to step into the office and feel like they should start working.

Hide office furniture in conference rooms, hang up streamers, go all out. Make people forget they're actually at the office.

    10. Choose only one or two types of featured entertainment

It's tempting to have a photobooth, karaoke, baby tiger, and magician all at one party. But the goal is to get employees to bond. They can't do that when they're off doing things on their own.

Instead, just have one featured entertainment like karaoke. It'll encourage employees to gather in one central area and have fun together.

    11. Create some friendly competition

Prior to the party, have employees team up and register for the tournament. Depending on what your office is equipped with, you can either create a poster with the brackets or use an online tool like Challonge to cast it onto a TV screen.

Of course, winners should get rewarded and losers punished ...

    12. Have an award ceremony

Have employees nominate their coworkers for prespecified awards (rookie of the year, MVP, etc). Make it a fun process by creating videos for each nomination. It's a great way to showcase employee recognition and appreciation.

    13. Let your employees cut loose

And finally, encourage your employees to let their hair down. Avoid creating a strict schedule or mandating rules — keep the party casual and laid-back.

Also, many companies serve alcohol at their holiday parties, so consider adding a transportation fund to your budget. Allow your employees to expense their Uber, Lyft, or taxi ride so they can avoid driving to/from the party.

8 Unique Features of a Restroom Trailer

Let’s be honest, everyone loves the VIP treatment—especially when it’s least expected.  As an event planner, one of your unique responsibilities is seeking out opportunities that lack personal touch, creatively identifying solutions and then ultimately delivering that desired VIP experience. An often overlooked area of outdoor events can be the bathrooms. Designed with your guests in mind, restroom trailers provide attendees with a deluxe facility that is sure to impress.  Listed below are a few ways restrooms trailers can help set your event apart.

Flushable Toilets: Unlike a standard porta potty, restroom trailers feature a conventional plumbing system that operates much like a home restroom. Fresh water is conveniently supplied with each flush, discretely removing unsightly waste and leaving a clean toilet for each new visitor.  This simple luxury can often leave a positive impression on your guests.

Running Water Sinks: Without proper handwashing, guests may leave the restroom facility feeling somewhat unclean. Restroom trailers eliminate this fear by providing hot or cold water sinks perfect for effective handwashing.  Some even host amenities such has motion-activated faucets, granite counter tops and decorative vanities.

Climate Controlled Interiors:  In the heat of the summer or depth of the winter, extreme temperatures can often cause discomfort. Thankfully, most restroom trailers come standard with heating and air conditioning elements, providing guests with instant relief.

Trailer Ventilation:  The advancement of chemical and mechanical engineering has given restroom trailers an upper hand in odor elimination.  Modern plumbing and high-efficiency exhaust systems quickly expel odors into the belly of the waste tank, trapping them until your event is through.

Line Control: Waiting in line to use the restroom can be tiresome and uncomfortable. Multiple stalls, large interior cabins and separate entry and exit doors allow for easy accessibility and minimal wait time.

Lighted Interiors: Strategically positioned interior and exterior lighting provide a serene atmosphere while also allowing guests to effortlessly navigate throughout the trailer during the evening hours.

Family Friendly:  A trip to the restroom with small children can be an exhausting and time-consuming task, especially if the restroom has a single capacity. Luckily, restroom trailers’ interiors are significantly larger than that of a standard porta potty.  This provides parents with ample room when accompanying their child.

Winter Usage:  Using a portable restroom during the winter months can be a brisk experience, but restroom trailers are an easy solution to beating the cold. Insulated interiors and hot water heaters provide guests with a warm and welcoming restroom experience.
